If you purchased a product or service online with us, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. Necessary condition for the returns to be accepted is the products that will be returned to be in excellent condition in the original shipping package and with the purchase receipt enclosed. According to EU rules, the merchant must repair, replace, reduce the price or refund you if the products you bought turn out to be defective or do not look or work as advertised.
Any return costs will be covered by the buyer unless it is the first product change.
Right of withdrawal
The user/customer can take delivery of the products he ordered without any commitment. If he changes his mind or if, for all the care taken by Αθανάσιος Φωτίου και ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε. over its products’ quality, the customer is dissatisfied, he can return those products he no longer wishes to purchase. In such cases Αθανάσιος Φωτίου και ΣΙΑ Ε.Ε. pledges to return the value of the returned product immediately, by banker’s deposit made out in the name of the customer cited in the order. Under the provisions of article 4 para. 10 of Law 2251/1994 on distance contracts, the above right of withdrawal from a purchase may be exercised by the user/customer in a statement to the Company, no reason for the withdrawal being required, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the relevant product. The customer is required to return the product in question to the Company undamaged, in its original packaging, and will be liable for the costs involved in the return of the product. The Company will accept returns only if the products are intact and undamaged, in their original condition, accompanied by the retail sale receipt and with the original packaging intact. In case of free shipping the shipping cost charged when the final amount is less than 40 Euros for shipping in Grece, otherwise there is an extra charge of 5 euros. Shipping that may have charged your order is not refundable in any case (replacement or withdrawal)
