In particular, shipping costs are:
1.Greece
Charge for all orders and for deliveries in Greece the shipping costs are 5 €
2.With a transport agency:
The cost of delivery of large volume or heavy equipment that are sent with a transport company (except courier) and is free for deliveries at the agency of your choice in the city of Karditsa or Trikala.
Cash on delivery is not valid in all cases.
In other destinations where there is a second transport company, there will be additional charges that depend exclusively on the transport company, concern delivery on the sidewalk, charge the customer and are paid upon receipt of the order.
For all the above, as well as for the cost estimate for each area specifically, you will be informed by us by sending an e-mail or by phone after each of your orders.
- By own means of transport: We undertake the delivery with our own corporate transport vehicle. In this way, products of large volume or weight are sent to the cities: Trikala, Karditsa and other cities of Thessaly after our telephone communication. Includes delivery to your place, floor transfer and product installation. The cost is 10 € for the cities of Thessaly for orders under 150 €. For orders over 150 € it is free.
- Upon receipt from our stores: You receive your order from our store and pay with the method you want.
3.Foreign Countries
The charge for orders abroad is made after consultation with the store. Please contact us for shipping abroad.
Shipping costs as well as any return costs will be covered by the buyer.
If the destination country is Greece and for orders 80 € and over, when you choose to change and exchange a product with another product of the same value, we will cover the shipping costs of the first time you change. But if you choose to change it again, you will incur shipping costs.
The prices of the products displayed on the website are the final retail prices. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
The choice of carrier is made in such a way as to ensure the safe transport of products at the best prices and with the best service. When receiving the product, carefully check the presence of the carrier. In case of damage, the carrier is responsible for the damage, which is in excellent condition and they are obliged to deliver it in good condition.
