If you purchased a product or service online with us, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. Necessary condition for the returns to be accepted is the products that will be returned to be in excellent condition in the original shipping package and with the purchase receipt enclosed. Right of withdrawal<\/h3>

The user\/customer can take delivery of the products he ordered without any commitment. The customer is required to return the product in question to the Company undamaged, in its original packaging, and will be liable for the costs involved in the return of the product. The Company will accept returns only if the products are intact and undamaged, in their original condition, accompanied by the retail sale receipt and with the original packaging intact.
